Risu is an old /dbs/ artist from the Tournament of Power era known for making MS paint memes. Risu's relationship with the Rukiafag is mysterious to some, but being a big fan of Jiren: she has obviously posted with him for years (especially in the /treasure/ FOAZ/MOAZ era), they are also both artists and have been known to occasionally show off their works to eachother.
